hosting plan Page

I and wanting to include the hosting plan pafe thta is located in /orderpanel/index.php
I like the way it is formatted and simply want to include that and the order forms and also package_info.php into my normal site for view by the customers canvasing for new hosts, it there anyway this can be done? I have tried to include the files, but just get a "you are not permitted to view this page".
