Apache fastCGI Error

Hi, im haveing problems installing Ispcp 1.0.7 on my Ubuntu server 10.10

this is the error I got when I run " perl ispcp-setup"
I've searched alot of posts on the web and ispcp fourm too
but I didn't find the answer to deal this error
Some help please thanks!!
