ispcp-rqst-mngr doesn't run by itself

Hello,

I'm running ispcp 1.0.7 on debian squeeze (6).

I know this has already been discussed, but other than this thread I didn't find any solution, and the mentioned one doesn't work (that is, running "pear install Net_IDNA-0.7.3", or any other version).

On every change via the interface (users, domains, ...), I have to run ispcp-rqst-mngr to process it.

Is there a solution to this problem other than crontabing it?
