admin.example.com forced to example.com?
So, I'm trying out ispCP, and so far I like it.

There is one problem though, that I enconter over and over (every new install).

When I specify the ispCP login-page to be at admin.example.com (or even admin.srv1.example.com or any other) it seems like the install forces teh login screen to example.com anyway.

THis is a problem, because when I state the example.com as a domain later, I'm unable to log in Tongue

Anyone have any idea what's causing this?

Any help appreciated,
Vanular

Hi Vanular,

I am not quite sure what is happening there, who is managing your DNS? Are you on a dedicated IP address? If so you can access your ispCP panel using the IP.

I met the same problem: I wanted to use admin.domain.tld to access admin panel and http://www.domain.tld for the offers.

My problem was solved by creting a new account: domain.tld Wink

Now I access on admin.domain.tld AND on http://www.admin.tld without any problem.
