PHP 5.3 and error #500

Migrating from Debian Lenny to Squeeze, I have some troubles in configuration. Trying to upload some backups via phpMyAdmin (and other sites at all), I have an error 500.

ispCP Omega 1.0.7 + Roundcube + phpmyadmin 3.3.9 + Sypex Dumper
OS: Debian 6.0 Squeeze Stable
PHP 5.3.3-7 + Apache/2.2.16 + MySQL 5.1.49-3

In /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/fcgid_ispcp.conf
insert this:

MaxRequestLen <filesize in bytes>

and works fine !
