email versenden via Outlook funktioniert nicht

Hallo,
Ich habe ein Problem mit dem versenden von emails via. Outlook (und anderen). Per webmailer funktioniert alles wunderbar aber sobald ich probiere mit einer Software einen email-konto einzurichten schlägt hier der emailversand (SMTP) fehl. Ich denke ich habe alles richtig gemacht:
Als POP3 und SMTP habe ich zwei varianten versucht: mail.domain.tld (natürlich mit der richtigen Domain) und 46.182.19.127 (IP des vservers)

*requires authentication (SMTP) -> Benutze gleiche settings wie incoming mail server

Die Fehlermeldung in Outlook ist immer die selbe:
Send test e-mail message: The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

die mail.err ist leer.

Weiß einer wo hier der Fehler liegt?

Das wurde hier schon sehr oft besprochen.
Suche einfach mal nach Outlook 2010, da sollte schon ein Treffer dabei sein.

EDIT: Ups... anderer Fehler. Im Log sieht es aber nach einen SASL Fehler aus. Klappt es denn mit einem anderen Mailer ?

Oh man, fehler gefunden.
Ich habe Stunden in Google nach einer lösung gesucht und als letztes hier ein Thread verfasst und nun finde ich den fehler dank deinem kleinen Hinweis SASL
