Error on added other user

please and sorry for my english, is really bad.

i have a problem here o.O

I have 2 VPS test, and this week I'm having fun installing ispCP Omega.

I want a Control panel and this is the one I like.

after many attempts and operating systems, in order to achieve a perfect install

I tested in centos, debian, gentoss, ubuntu

the best result for mi: IspCP Omega 1.0.7 on Ubuntu 10.10 no mistakes or mishaps.

Everything works great.

Added a user main (domain) and the install wordpress, so far no problem.

i Decided to add another user for install another system and test but failure around here.

to added another user, and i not have more access the pages, like everything had been hanged, then restart the machine.

no luck I proceeded to do:

/etc/init.d/apache2 restart

and sent me the following error.

Code:

WARNING: MaxClients (10) must be at least as large
as ThreadsPerChild (25). Automatically
increasing MaxClients to 25.
apache2: bad user name vu2002
Action 'configtest' failed.
The Apache error log may have more information.
   ...fail!

I can not start apache or anything so I decided to reinstall the operating system ubuntu 10.10

me follow the same steps and adding the second user it returns the same error.

What am I doing wrong?

My VPS's

CPU 1x3.4
1GB ram

I've been finding out what happens.

I did add the user "vu2002"with the command

useradd vu2002

now this is the problem
