New domain not added to apache

I have added 2 domains recently but ever time I try to access the website, it goes to one of the previously entered website.

The admin page and everything works fine for the new/old domains so I started checking the apache config files and I dont see that the new ones have been added.
/etc/apache2/sites-available/ispcp.conf is the config I looked in.

Is there way I can tell ispcp to update this file. I was going to manually edit it but I think ispcp handles that itself.

Couldn't find it for a while in the FAQ but eventually it popped up with some upgrade procedures.

Not sure why the apache configs were not updating but this fixed it. Thanks
