pma 500 error

I am using debian 6 with ispcp 1.0.7

When i try to upload a 5 mb sql dump i get pma error 500. I have checked the forum and looked at the timeout values and stuff, but the error message appears instantly, the moment i click on "Go"

Anyone knows how to fix this?
