restore backup files on a new installation

My CENTOS server had a problem so we had to reinstall without formatting the partition where /var was mounted. I was able to retrieve the ispcp backup files. My problem is how can I restore the ispcp configs and the mysql database backups i can see in ispcp/backups. Is there a restore manager to do that
