Centos 5.5 ISPCP 1.0.6 FTP problem.

Hello,

I've problem with ftp. When I create user,it dosen't rights to edit,add and delete files. If I change owner and group of file to 20xx:200xx, everthing works. I have checked config files and I don't see any errors. So what's wrong?
