Problem Deleting alias [SOLVED]

I tried to delete an alias, however it stuck in the "deletion in progress stage".

If I run /var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-rqst-mngr
I get the following, any ideas?

Found the issue;

[DEBUG] push_el() sub_name: /var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-htgroups-mngr, msg: ERROR htaccess_users with 9 does not exits.

I opened up /var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-htgroups-mngr and found that is worked through lists of members held in htaccess_groups. It was complaining about '9' so I opened mysql

Rerun /var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-rqst-mngr no errors

It must have been a reference to a domain which had been deleted some time ago.
