Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

I am getting these errors, can anyone help?
And if i access to my site it says:

Error 500!
/pagename.php
Internal Server Error!

And i mysql:
Error 500!
/pma/db_structure.php
Internal Server Error!

Please show us your apache2 log to this problem.

enable the display_errors in var/www/fcgi/domain.tld/php5/php.ini and restart apache then try again, maybe you now get more informations about your error.
