RE: smtp problem on suse
Hi

no more specific info on the mails with "mailq"?
do you can send an email with the "mail" command to an external mailserver, or by telnet?
I wonder if it's the connection or rather the configuration.

No entries in the log files from postfix?

The opensuse adaption will take place when ispcp has a reached a stable phase - until then, maybe you can put it in the Wiki... http://www.isp-control.net/ispcp/wiki/usage_howto

RE: smtp problem on suse
it sounds a bit like chroot problem to me (maybe permissions/service file...)

can you check that with disabled chroot? (type an n in the fifth column in your master.cf for all services (make a backup first)

maybe that helps

RE: smtp problem on suse
if you want to run smtp in chroot, you should check the files in chroot jail (maybe there is a problem with the service file)

if you don't care if the service runs in its own jail then you can use the current config...
