Admin login loop

I am running ispcp-omega-1.0.7 on openSUSE 11.1.This is my first ispcp Install.

It was not accepting my password although I am certain I was inputting it correct. I reguested a new password with the "Lost password" and got my new password. When I input it either cut-n-paste or manually typing it in, I get the message that I need to wait X seconds and nothing happens. I try again and eventually get the message that the user is blocked. However, I am getting email saying "admin logged in." I have removed all of the cookies for the domain, but still I cannot login.

Any help would be greatly appreaciated.
