I've done a number of authentication integrations in the past, and I have not seen your tactic nor thought of it in the past. It's quite clever. Props.

You are right: I finally did it. I did some heavy testing on it. Since the major problem was, that only new ftp users can use it, it is disabled for old users until its password is changed.

for certain this feature will come in handy, and make user experience more fluid.

now i have came to an idea:
maybe you could build linux iso for vps installation with everything setup and preinstalled ispCP.....i would surely do it, but my lack of linux knowledge limits me.....all i know is how to install ubuntu on a local PC
