[HOW TO] Move emails from cPanel ti ispCP?

can you tell me please how can I move emails from my old cPanel to my new ispCP account?

Add the accounts to ispCP Omega and rsycn the emails to /var/mail/virtual/vuXXXX/

you might get an idea from this Plesk to ispCP script.
