Problem Adding IP address

I have a strange problem with ispcp. The primary ip address of server is:

xxx.xxx.204.32

i added additional ip
xxx.xxx.204.33
xxx.xxx.204.34
xxx.xxx.204.35

the 33 and 34 doesn't working and not ping -able the same time 35 is working fine...

any ideas how i can fix it ?
