Testing with trunk as (r3880)

Hello, I've been testing the current trunk and there seems to be some brokeness on the update process, could someone with a testing machine try the upgrade process from 1.0.7 or 1.1 to current trunk?
I'm willing to know if there are more issues or know fixes for this..
