Postfix SMTP - kann nicht senden (weder im Webmail noch mit Outlook)

Hallo,

ich hab das neuste ISPCP aufgesetzt und habe nun das Prob das ich keine Mails senden kann.

Im Webmail kommt die Meldung:
"Message not sent. Server replied:
Service not available, closing channel
421 4.3.0 collect: Cannot write ./dfp6RJM9AS009865 (bfcommit, uid=0, gid=104): No such file or directory"

Per Outlook kommt:
Die Verbindung zum Server konnte nicht hergestellt werden (Konto xxxxxx, SMTP Server: XXX IP XXX, Fehlernummer: 0x800ccc0e).

Was kann das sein. Is mein erster vServer und keine Mails gehen. habt ihr ne Idee?

Nachtrag (hab folgendes versucht)
root@xxxxxxx:~# /etc/init.d/postfix force-reload
Reloading Postfix configuration...postfix/postfix-script: fatal: the Postfix mail system is not running
