lost pasword dont work

after computer crash i bought a new one
now i forgot the pasword no problem i think

then i retrieve the pasword with the forgot function
i got the mail
but that pasword dont work ?

any suggestions on how to get back into the admin pannel ?

problem solved
again i must say there is not much support here

to be honnest this is not a good thing
it makes me wonder if i have to stay with this admin pannel
and i wll certenly have to think a thousend times when it becomes a payed service if i will stay
