i have the the Problems after upgrading from 1.07 to 1.1.0 beta.

admin page are still blank page and the others like webmail and pma works good.

you should not post the database.sql - we all have acess to this file. More important - is the structure of your mysql.ispcp db the same?

And then: please enable php error logging and see if there are php errors...

I enabled all errors,debug everything. Nothing pop up. After 2 days I rolled back 1.0.6
