Fresh installation on Debian Squeeze-64-LAMP, can't reach to panel

Hello, i have an fresh installed Debian Squeeze 64bit LAMP

first i installed EHCP and i don't like it, so i've removed.
Then i installed ispCp but addresses returning (111 / Rejected)

i tried removing apache and mysql and installed again. still same issue.
i tried a couple times more to installing. result always same.
so i decided to try with different domain (*.sadesozluk.com > A Redirection > tomyip)
still same..
and here is the my hosts file;

i am really confused. Any suggestion ?

and also how can i reconfigure courier part
