Question Access panel with a valid domain (using valid IP on the Internet)
Hello guys.
I'm having trouble accessing the panel ispcp-omega-1.0.7, I install ispcp using a valid IP on the Internet (IP internet and not the internal network) and when I access the panel ispcp get the message "Page not found ".

comments:

1 - I am using a valid domain: http://www.domain.com.br
2 - In step "Please enter a fully qualified hostname [serverdb.w3sistemas.com.br]"
3 - In step "Please enter the system network address [% s]: 187.xx.xx.xxx"
4 - In step "Please enter the domain name where ispCP OMEGA will be
reachable on [cp.domain.com.br] "
5 - I'm using fixed IP Internet, the connection is based on a network of 5 computers that connect to the Internet by a router.

And as I said I can not access the panel ispcp using these settings in the installation, but if I use the internal ip network access during installation of the panel's internal network but not internet.
In step 3 above mentioned installation ispcp by default does not give me the ip of the network or the internet but it gives me the symbol [% s] that may indicate a problem?

Someone could help me with this problem?

I thank everyone.

thx

RE: Access panel with a valid domain (using valid IP on the Internet)
Hello guys.
I managed to access the control panel by changing the file:

/ etc/apache2/sites-available/00_master.conf

of:
<VirtualHost 187.xx.xx.xxx:80>
to:
<VirtualHost *:80>

It must be this way?

But after you created the reseller and users, to access any of the domains created'm always directed to the login screen of the panel and not to the hosted page.

If, after you created the reseller and user accounts I change the file again:

/ etc/apache2/sites-available/00_master.conf

of:
<VirtualHost *:80>
to:
<VirtualHost 187.xx.xx.xxx:80>

By accessing the address domain I get the message:

not Found
The requested URL / was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.16 (Debian) Server at Port 80 http://www.domain.com.br

It makes me think of aleração not undo this.
This should be this way?

Anyone know what should I do?
Please help me and sorry for my english ..

Thanks for the help.

tks

RE: Access panel with a valid domain (using valid IP on the Internet)
Thanks for the tip about schizophrenia, I'll take that into consideration ...

But with respect to the panel ispcp, anyone have any tips?
I made the changes "tests" mentioned above because if I install the OS and install the Debian Squeeze ispcp as the manual says it simply does not work but displays the following message when accessing cp.domain.com.br:

not Found
The requested URL / was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.16 (Debian) Server at Port 80 http://www.domain.com.br

The tests I made up, what is called schizophrenia only to show that:

1 - The domain name points to the server.
2 - Apache was not configured correctly in the installation ispcp.

My question is:

Only that I'm having problems installing these ispcp? Because everyone says that install by following the manual and it works but for me it's not working.

Any other suggestions other than the friend's up?

RE: Access panel with a valid domain (using valid IP on the Internet)
After reinstalling Debian and often also the ispcp I finally solved my problem.

What did I do?

1 - ispcp uninstalled.
2 - Install OpenPanel.

Fully worked!

I believe in ispcp still exist many gaps to be addressed, until it is resolved I recommend OpenPanel.

What will happen when installing ISPCP?

Now when I install ISPCP can not access the panel (cp.domain.tld).

sure.

But still you did not tell us more about your config ...
If you have setup the DNS entries, the php is running the setup went smooth ... ?

RE: Access panel with a valid domain (using valid IP on the Internet)
Panel installation was performed without problems, the services necessary to run perfectly after installation.

I installed the panel in a clean debian system.
I installed the panel without problems using the php command. The panel should work out I need to set the DNS, ok? DNS must be set to run the hosted pages, is that right?

Once installed, if I use the internal ip I can access the panel but can not access the hosted pages, and if I use the external IP can not access the panel ispcp.
I have a question, the panel configuration using the php command I set the IP internal or external?
Maybe this is the main problem.

RE: Access panel with a valid domain (using valid IP on the Internet)
Hello, problem solved.

Just change the topology of the internal network, if as in my case, to use pppoe connection with a modem to bridge mode.
The server will have the external ip and the problem will be solved.

I thank those who engaged in helping.
