drupal translate import error

Hi every one i'm from thailand who's fan of ispcp omega for long time

i try to install drupal for all version and i can't import the thai translate ( thai.po )

I am using debian + ispcp 1.0.7

Internal Server Error!

i can't fix that problem PLS help thanks
