manage users next/previous link error
The previous and next links in user management do not work, eg /reseller/manage_users.php?psi=10?psi=10 leads to an error 404

/reseller/manage_users.php < file not found

however replacing manage_users.php with just users.php works fine

Can work around it by editing the url in the browser for now but think it needs a permanent fix.
