I'm wrong or the isp-control.net was down all the weekend?

it was down, yes.
Reason : someone switched off the server.

Don't ask me who ... or why because i don't know it.
I was offroading the last 4 days - so just returned and discovered the outage.

I'm investigating on that of course! Sry for the inconvenience.
