Questions to 1.1.0 Beta

HI together.

I'm testing the 1.1 Beta at the Moment and have a few question to bugs, which i didn't find in the Bug tracker but i also can't imagine that that are things which really not work...

When i Login as Admin i can't make a sublogin to reseller or User's because in the Options Area are no Buttons... Is this right?

When i create a new Database, i can't add users to the DB in the Admin Panel

As Admin: User assignment is not working, i only see the last created user.

Is that right, that this points really don't work or do i have a failure in my Config/installation?=
