proftpd CPU high usage

hello people

i use ispCP 1.0.6 OMEGA build: 20100804

i have a problem about proftpd all time ;( cant find the way out...

when i'm uploading files on ftp.. servers starts to lag a lot....

look a picture bellow.. its not normal i think...

distro: debian X64

any idea?
