Upgrading to Squeeze

Hello all,
I'm running Debian Lenny and ISPCP 1.07 and I wish to upgrade my server to Squeeze. Anyone had any problems doing this? Will ISPCP take the upgrade?

Apart from the users data in /var/www /var/mail what else needs to be backed up? Is there a document with all the ISPCP files that need to be backed up if you are doing a server rebuild?
