CronJob support?
Hey,

I was wondering if there is a way to add cronjob support for customers to ISPCP (a really usefull feature missing!).

I have searched and seen this thread but it is 2 years old. Is there an updated how to or another method?

Thanks =)

RE: CronJob support?
Hi this is in discussion since a while ...
the main issue with it is to have them securely executed. So what we are thinking about is how to jail the cronjob's into a chroot environment.
So every customer has its own chroot environment - this would be help making the cgi-bin and perl support also much more secure.

But honestly we haven't found a really convincing good solution yet.

RE: CronJob support?
I see. I can imagine that cronjob needs some security planning in ISPCP. I really hope in an implementation though because it is a really nice feature.

Thanks for your reply =)
