ISPCP 1.0.7 Migration

I'm trying to migrate ispCP 1.0.7 from one server to the other.
I've tried svn, rsync and they doesn't work at all.
Any help will be extremely appreciated.
I only ask to be sent to a working recommendation as I've been trying this for weeks.

You should be careful some routes have changed the post is old

I will keep this in mind but I already manually migrated my domains as it was a time sensitive situation and I never imagined it will take 7 days to get a reply from here.
