webmail question

ok, here is what i am looking for, not sure if it can be done (preferably automatically) but what i would like to have for the webmail is that it have it create a subdomain so that it would look like the following (also showing what it currently is)

currently:
login:
http://admin.ispcp.dodgeintrepidchat.net.../login.php
webmail:
http://admin.ispcp.dodgeintrepidchat.net...ebmail.php

what i would like to have:
login:
http://mail.dodgeintrepidchat.net/login.php (also, resolve to http://mail.dodgeintrepidchat.net)

what i am trying to prevent is from my users from seeing the "admin" section as i do not want them to be able to mess with it. (on a side note, is there a way to prevent it from responding to an IP address, and only http://admin.ispcp.dodgeintrepidchat.net)
