after migration and reboot I'm not able to install any packages:

how can I fix this?

OK, I figured it out ...
you have to copy / edit also:
/var/lib/dpkg/statoverride

nano /var/lib/dpkg/statoverride

mysql> UPDATE `domain_aliasses` SET `alias_status` = 'change' WHERE `alias_status` = 'ok';

is this a typo above in UPDATE mail_users?
should it be "toadd" or "change"
