RE: fastcgi incomplete headers issues
when I change that permission it stops working...

ispcp:/var/www/fcgi# chown vu2000:vu2000 master
ispcp:/var/www/fcgi# sudo -u vu2000 /var/www/fcgi/master/php5-fcgi-starter /var/www/ispcp/gui/index.php
sudo: unable to execute /var/www/fcgi/master/php5-fcgi-starter: Permission denied

RE: fastcgi incomplete headers issues
Sorry, this is toooo weird - I don't know anymore...

suexec *wants* the folder and file to be owned the given user:group - but then your system does not allow the same user to execute scripts (which is allowed if the folder is owned by root).

Take a new real pc and start from scratch...

RE: fastcgi incomplete headers issues
I think I'll try reinstalling everything from scratch...

the only thing is that the virtual environment is the only option...what I can do is change the distribution...

thank you for all your effort.

RE: fastcgi incomplete headers issues
I use openvz, and the vps is a debian 4.0 minimal installation...

It's hard to solve the problems when it seems that no one from the development team visits the forums in order to check for problems and solutions...At least I suppose you're not part of the development team...

but you've been by far the most helping member Smile
thank you

there are no errors if that's what you're looking for.

but the output is:

RE: fastcgi incomplete headers issues
You're welcome
at the moment the dev team is not very big if you count the activity - they have some troubles releasing the next RC. If you count everyone who's writing patches then I'm also part of it.
And there is a possibility to give reputation points to the forum members... :-))))

RE: fastcgi incomplete headers issues
Yes your Counters looks ok!
There is no "failcnt" so there should be enough resources.
