bug in domain aliases...awaiting for approval?

I see some domain aliases that have the status of "Order in progress" or "Awaiting for approval". I see that in Bene's live server (congratulations, great work!!).

For example, in Bene's server, the domain domain.tld has a domain aliases " xxx.de" that is awaiting for approval...
