[solved] I can't get emails!

Hi everyone!

I have a very annoying probleme:

I've installed the latest trunk (07-11-13), and I have two problemes.

1. I can't get the emails, only from the ispCP -the system messages, like I logged in, and the others... If I send from outside, like from my Thunderbird with an other smtp server, or even with gmail, I cant get it.

I have dovecot instead of courier, configured as it was mentioned in the tutorial in the wiki. But when I had courier the situation was the same.

If you need configs or more information please tell me, and I send it.

2. I've added a domain like sub.domain.tld, and it cant be reached... I mean, domain.tld works, and I tried adding sub.domain.tld as fqdn, and later as subdomain of domain.tld - none of them were working... Idea?

what about you dns setup?

is your dns reachable and resolving the mx records right?

All of the records for the domains are set to be my ip by the domain registrar, btw the reverse dns of the machine was bad, I just fix it. (was an old domain, that I dont have at the time..)

Or you mean by my isp should the dns be changed? (not same as my registrar)

or I ask What should I see where?

( my hostname is reolving, even with -f, in the hosts there are set, in the resolv.conf I have my isp-s two nameservers set... should there be the registrars too? or?)

Well, just try to resolve the domains/subdomains from a really external server.

You also can tell uns the domains/subdomains which are troubling and we tell you what's wrong "from outside"...

Please try to resolve, netoriginal.eu.
The subdomain wich doesnt work is sase.netoriginal.eu. Its added as a subdomain of netoriginal.eu at the time.

"netoriginal.eu" works. admin.netoriginal.eu works also, but not "sase.netoriginal.eu". Looks like you have no Wildcards DNS entry...
Or you add every single subdomain to your DNS.

The probleme of the sase is being solved I think, my registrar redirected it as I asked the before the weekend, (they didnt do that for the weakend, instead yesterday, when I asked them not to do that, if they havnt yet...

But my mail probleme is still up, and really should by solved...

yeah, there isnt any wildcard dns entry by the registrar, they want control every single subdomain themselves.... bah

(i dont use their services now, only those few domains which were registered there... and maybe the most important )

Please take a look at your mail.log for any Error.
A output of "postconf -n" would be also good.

the mailserver does not accept connections... At least from here...

Please check if server is listening (netstat -an | grep 25) and post /var/log/mail.info
