No input file specified PHP

Hey folks,
i just installed my ispCP on my freshly set up server

Everything seems to work fine except as soon as i upload a php file (html works fine) the page just displays No Input file specified...

I really need help

how do you upload the file?
what permission does the file has?

Uploaded via ssh.. ftp doesn't work yet...

got it to work though... thx for the tip bro...

did change a ownership in accident.. thx
