Billing integrations

Is it at all possible to integrate something like Solistate's billing software into the cp?

What i'm after is a way of automaticly turning on and off services / domains based on payment information from the solidstate billing manager..

this way signups, and domains can be created by the users sign-up rather than me having to manually complete this process...as well as based on thier current payment status, enabling or in the bad case of non-payment, disabling the domain / user or redirecting them to a:
[ login page ] -> [ payment page ]
type of thing.

i would really like to use the solidstate's software for this if at all possible.

any suggestions would be most appreciated
