Stop site that didn'y paid

How to stop sites after they didn't paid for the next month? I want to do it automatically.
For example:
domain.com pays for 01.2008. But he doesn't pay until the 31.01.2008. So his website must stop working on the 01.02.2208.
How do i do that?

then you need some sort of connection to the invoice system... otherwise ispcp doesn't know who has paid and who hasn't...

Maybe you'll find some threads in the forum where some sort of cash control are discussed...
