How to add tis-620 to pma?

Hello, this is my first topic on this forum.

I try to log in using tis-620 but can not found tis-620 on drop-down menu.
I try to fix by download phpmyadmin-2.11.4-all-languages instead the old pma and log in using tis-620 again but can't fix these problem, the MySQL charset still is UTF-8 Unicode (utf8).

How to add tis-620 for thai language to pma?

if you only need the thai language, then this should be included. But if you don't want to use the utf-8 charset with pma then you need to install another pma http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/downloads.php - from the first ones...

But remember - it's only pma, only the Charset of what pma sends to the browser. It has nothing to do with charset in MySQL or with the language pma is speaking...
