cant submit new ticket, always detected as a spam

is there a guide line how to create a good ticket so it doest detected as spam ? couse now my ticket always tag as a spam

PS: would someone create this ticket for me, thx

This time...
- Update Install & Packages note
- fix awstats config
- disable blowfish encryption ( temporary, looking for fix )
- fix search path to allow running in jail
- fix cron job
