Maia doesn't recognize languages packs and themes and Spamassassin is down as status

I have just installed Maia / Spamassassin / AMaVis with the tutorial.
Spam mails are correctly recognized but the test virus mail with the text

X5O!P%@AP[4\PZX54(P^)7CC)7}$ EICAR-STANDARD-ANTIVIRUS-TEST-FILE!$H+H*

goes in the directory "non-spam cache" instead of "virus cache".
Protection level is set to "High".
In the ispCP the server status says Spamassassin doesn't run but AMaVis runs.
What could be the problem?

2. Small other problem: Users cannot use another language than english. In the settings there is only the entry "English" even if the german language pack is installed, too (at /var/www/ispcp/gui/tools/antispam/locale/de). Same problem with themes. How can I fix this?

You have there a space in your test-string. Try it again without it.

Maia is not a part of ispCP and there are not many people using it.

Spamassassin is used via amavis, it's not running in a standalone mode - at least it shouldn't.
