I think nobody wants to add there questions that are asked once in the forum, but there are questions which are asked every week.

Actually we have too many systems (old wiki, docuwiki, EasyFAQ etc.), they all need administration. I would prefer integrating the FAQ into the docuwiki. It could be a separate topic on the frontpage just as "Troubleshooting" (or insted of it). Additionally the existing link on the homepage can point to the FAQ directly, so everybody can find it without problems.

Systems with restricted access are bad, it always takes too long until somebody who wants to help gets access. It's also too circumstantially to write to a COF or FAQ team, when you notice two letters or a comma missing. Of course there can be somebody responsible for it, to check new entries and to delete old not relevant ones.
