Question Question to traffic limitation
I have a question to the traffic limitation for a domain / customer:

What happens if I (as a reseller) give a customer 1GB traffic in the domain settings and he has more traffic this month than that limitation?
The best thing would be a e-mail to him and to me that his traffic limitation was exceeded with the amount of whole traffic in this month from his domain.
Is this possible and what must I do to achieve this?

Thanks in advance.

RE: Question to traffic limitation
You can use mod_cband that comes with ispCP.
It is a Apache Module that is exactly for this. A Page is shown that the traffic is exceed. But no mail is sent.

Question RE: Question to traffic limitation
The problem with the page is that then the real website is not displayed anymore for that month, isn't it?
So the solution with an e-mail would be better.
Is that possible?

Question RE: Question to traffic limitation
The official site is down and I cannot find information on how to send e-mails with mod_cband instead of display a message.
Is this not possible?
Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks.

RE: Question to traffic limitation
May I get more clear: we are not specialists in EVERY SINGLE THING about what can be put on a server.

Sorry for shouting - I also recommend http://www.isp-control.net/forum/before-...-2797.html

We have to focus on ispCP related things. There are enough other forums for general questions or maybe apache & modules related things.

maybe you can display a php page which is sending a mail - sometimes there are many ways leading to the same result - be creative!
