SQL Update Failed
Hy,

I'm going to update from RC2c to RC4, I did all steps on the Documentation. By starting perl ispcp-update, I get the follow error:

Code:
Welcome to ispCP '1.0.0 RC4 OMEGA' Update Dialog.
This program will update your VHCS / ispCP OMEGA system on your server.
Please make sure you have a backup of your server data.

NOTE: During the migration process some or all services might require to be
        shut down or restarted.

Please select from which version you want to update:
        (1) VHCS 2.4.7 or VHCS 2.4.7.1
        (2) VHCS 2.4.8 RC1
        (3) ispCP OMEGA 1.0.0 RC2 (incl. b and c)
        (4) ispCP OMEAG 1.0.0 RC3
        (0) abort
        Your selection: 3
Stopping vhcs2_daemon: No /var/www/vhcs2/daemon/vhcs2_daemon found running; none killed.
Stopping ispCP GUI-Backend communication Daemon: ispcp_daemon.
Stopping ispCP Network Traffic Logger: ispcp_network
* ispcp_network is already stopped
.
        Upgrading system values ...
Use which PHP Version? (4 or 5). [5]:

        Activate AWStats. [no]: yes

        AWStats Mode:
Possible values [d]ynamic and [s]tatic. [dynamic]:

        Use MySQL Prefix.
        Possible values: [i]nfront, [b]ehind, [n]one. [none]:
        done
Upgrading database structure...ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
        SQL Update failed.

Ispcp worked nice before, I didn't change any SQL Passwort in the /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf, so what's the matter?

Regards.

RE: SQL Update Failed
two Ideas:
1) you have overwritten your key-files
2) there is a bug in the update script.

So, what shall I do? Is it possible to override the update-script for a re-enter of my SQL pass?

Regards.
EDIT: I recovered the keys, update did finish successful, but when I'm going access my Logon Page I get this errors:

Code:

Hi

That didn't work for me, I still have this error.
What should I recover from my backuped files before the update?

Regards.

RE: SQL Update Failed
Hi,

You forgot to say in the Upgrade Guide, that you must recopy all DB-Keys on the old place. Please add some lines on your Guide.
