Main Sending from Windows Mobile
Okay.... I'm really trying to get this right...

http://www.isp-control.net/forum/closed-...-2802.html

This is the same issue and error that I get when My PDA tries to send mail... However My Port 25 is open because I get mail all day long on all accounts and even my pda pops the accounts that are actively getting mail...

my main.cf is pretty basic...
However this is the questionable area...
mine:
smtpd_sasl_security_options = noanonymous, noplaintext
Others:
smtpd_sasl_security_options = noanonymous

Should I allow Plain text is this my only problem?

I only speak english so I don't know if its been solved in the German side a million times... searching I didn't find it so Here I am getting ready to be flamed!

Okay that is odd...

I was able to remotely send and Receive mail with my outlook client without any changes...

Just the windows mobile wouldn't send...

I have removed the plaintext and so far same result...

: SASL NTLM authentication failed: bad protocol / cancel

I usually use the mobile phone providers SMTP server as they block the use of any other SMTP server.

Have you had any luck with any SMTP server on your PDA?

RE: Main Sending from Windows Mobile
Actually good call... that makes sense which will cut down on mobile spam bots..

Actually I rebooted after I removed the plain text and recreated the account from scratch... Yes I had restarted postfix but I also use Maia Mailguard so there might have been another set of issues...

Anyway after restarting and recreating the account and re-enabling send authentication on the Mobile it now sends... wheh...

Sorry for the headaches hopefully this English post will help others...

BTW:

I am really enjoying the testing and use of ISP-CP! Great WORK@!!@
