No hot links

I like this feature in some control panels, because
it protects your sites from other sites steeling your
pictures and it happen all the time.

What do you directly mean with "hot links" ?
Is this not a feature that should come with the CMS for you Homepage ?

i think that you archieve that by using .htaccess with your site - you dont need control panel to do that.
