Timezone problem on FTP upload
Hi, I have my Debian Etch system set up with the correct time zone (used date to check) of CDT, and ispCP 1.0 RC 4. When I upload files via FTP, they seem to be tagged with the GMT time based on the CDT, and end up having a timestamp of 5 hours later than they should.

Any idea why that might be happening?

Well, I tried putting "TimesGMT off" in /etc/ispcp/proftpd/proftpd.conf and in /etc/proftpd/proftpd.conf and restarting proftpd. Neither seems to fix the problem.

Any other suggestions?
