Seek help! IspCP not work,Error.

I IspCP procedures have been installed, the operating system is RHEL4.

1.ProFTPD services can not be started properly;
2. Website users from logging on: "goocarlos.cn 's account status is not ok!";
3. User information can not be changed: "This reseller's customers are using / have more / higher Subdomains accounts / limits than the new limit you entered.Edit reseller aborted!".
4. There may be more problems.

1. what is the error ?
2. use PMA to look what is the problem in status field probably wrong path or gid/uid already add
3. you are trying to reduce subdomain number while there are more subdomain active than new number you entered
4. probably, please read the manual again
